The slop killer · by Herbitrage

SI stands for Sovereign
Intelligence.

Your prompts never train anyone's model. You own the intelligence — it doesn't own you.

You don't have an AI anymore. You run one.

A second, independent AI verifies every model's output before it ships — and hands you the receipt. Confident garbage in, verified done-work out. Run it on your prompt right now: cheap draft, independent check, frontier model only if the draft fails. Drop-in OpenAI-compatible — swap one base URL. Your prompts never train a model.

That's not a feature you bought. That's an identity you run now.

Run it on your own prompt. Right now.

Live pipeline: cheap draft → independent verifier. If the model provider is out of credits you'll see it fail closed honestly — never a faked "pass." That's the whole point.

What dies. What you get.

Two AIs walk into your stack. One writes confidently. The other refuses to let it ship garbage. You keep the second one.

Stops

  • Confident lies shipped to your customers
  • The 2am "wait, the AI made that up" rework
  • Being the human spell-checker for a machine
  • Your bill climbing while you pin one pricey model for everything
  • Guessing whether the output is actually right

Starts

  • Answers you can defend in a meeting, with proof
  • A receipt for every call — draft model, verifier, verdict, reason
  • Smarter, faster output you don't have to babysit
  • A smaller bill (we start cheap, escalate only when needed)
  • Your evenings back

The version of you without it.

None of this is hypothetical. This is a normal Tuesday on unverified AI.

Shipping unverified

  • Burning tokens on a model that sounds confident and is quietly wrong — then burning more asking it to fix the garbage it swore was perfect. Not a workflow. A hostage situation with a monthly bill.
  • Work slop ships: the fabricated citation, the off-by-a-zero, the API that doesn't exist — under your name.
  • You get one first impression. "The one whose AI hallucinated in prod" is a sticky one.
  • The crowd itching to dunk on AI gets the receipt they wanted — "see, told you, it's all slop."
  • Ostracized by the haters AND ghosted by the believers — because the haters were technically right that one time.

LIFEWARD — your own Liv Hana SI

  • A second AI stands between the confident garbage and your name on it.
  • Fails closed on the bad ones — an honest error, never a fabricated "pass."
  • Hands you a receipt that says you were right to hit send.
  • You don't ship slop, because the second AI won't let you.
  • The mob goes home hungry. You get the one thing that crowd quietly respects: proof.

How it kills slop

Gateways route. We verify. That's the whole game — and it's in the code, not the brochure.

The bouncer

A second model — that did not write the answer — checks every response against your bar. The model never grades its own homework. Fail → it escalates to a stronger model, never ships the bad draft.

A receipt per call

Draft model, verifier model, verdict, and exactly what it caught. The artifact you paste in Slack and show your boss. Proof, not vibes.

Cheapest that passes

It starts on a fast, cheap model and only pays for a frontier model when the draft actually fails the check. Smarter, faster, AND cheaper at once. The savings are the bonus, not the pitch.

The wall of slop

Illustrative — the confident-wrong your AI ships today. Your real catches show up here once you connect.
"What's the refund policy?"
"Full refunds within 90 days." (yours is 14)
caught — unsupported claim
"Cite the source."
"See Henderson v. State, 2019." (no such case)
caught — fabricated citation
"Total with 8.25% tax?"
"$1,082.50" (math is wrong)
caught — failed recompute
"Safe to run this?"
"Yes, totally safe." (it drops a table)
caught — escalated for review

Why we built this

A Marine got tired of AI that lies with a straight face — the kind that hands you a citation that doesn't exist, in a really nice font, and lets you walk into the meeting holding it.

So we built the thing that should have existed first: a second, independent AI whose only job is to catch the first one before it costs you your credibility.

We could promise you the moon. We'd rather under-promise and let the receipt over-deliver. Point us at one prompt; we'll show you exactly what your AI's been getting away with — then you decide if it's worth $49 a month to never get caught by it again. Every token, every dollar, has to earn its place. That's the deal. LIFEWARD.

The promise, in writing: an independent verifier on every request, every claim receipt-backed, your prompts never trained on. If the verifier passes something clearly broken, that call is free.

P.S. — because we route to the cheapest model that still clears the gate, your bill usually drops too. Prove the exact % on your own workload. That's the only number that counts.

Straight answers

Isn't this just another router?

Routers pick a model and forward your call. We add the part that matters: a second, different model checks the answer before it ships and escalates the ones that fail. Gateways route. We verify. That's the difference you're paying for — the routing (and the savings) come free with it.

Do you see / train on my data?

No. Your prompts and outputs are never used to train a model and never resold. Scale customers can bring their own keys and run private verifier policies. Sovereignty is the default, not an upsell.

Which models?

GPT, Gemini, Claude, and open models — we price every task across them and pick the cheapest one that still clears your bar, then verify it with a different model. The live demo above runs a Gemini-class draft and an independent GPT-class verifier.

How do I trust the verifier itself?

You don't have to take our word for it — read how it decides and run our open harness against your own dataset. The verifier is a different model than the one being checked, on purpose. And every verdict ships with an inspectable receipt you can audit. When the pipeline can't run, it returns an honest error — it never fakes a pass.

How long to set up?

Change one base URL. Minutes. It's OpenAI-compatible, so your existing code doesn't move.

For the engineer who has to trust this

No magic. Swap one base URL, keep your SDK. Read how the verifier decides — and try to break it on your own data.
